Description

Pushpa is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language action thriller film written and directed by Sukumar. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media, the film stars Allu Arjun,
Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil (in his Telugu debut) while Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Dhananjay, and SuniL play supporting roles.

The film's music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, with cinematography and editing were performed by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and Karthika Srinivas respectively. The film is scheduled to release on 13 August 2021, in Telugu along with dubbed versions in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada languages.





On the occasion of Allu Arjun’s 38th birthday, the first look teaser of “Pushpa” has been released to a phenomenal response from netizens. With over 34 million views and a million likes, the 80-second clip broke several records on YouTube registered on the names of mega-budget films like RRR, Baahubali and Radhe Shyam. In just 24 hours, Pushpa garnered a total of 25 million views,
thus becoming the most viewed video from Tollywood. The incredible feat has raised massive expectations on the rustic actioner.The teaser kicks-off in the dense forest of Seshachalam where a group of red sandalwood smugglers transport the Chandan on their shoulders keeping an eye on the police activity through informers. Pushpa Raj (Allu Arjun) enters the scene as the leader of the woodcutters’ gang and the very next moment, he can be seen escaping into the forest with his hands tied behind his back and a cloth bag on his head.He is also seen as a lorry driver in a
 few frames.
Allu Arjun steals the show with his intense acting, dominating screen presence, terrific antics and a perfect transformation to fit the bill as a local. The background music composed by Devi Sri Prasad hits the bull’s eye and the astonishing camera work by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek will instantly capture the attention. Pushpa revolves around the smuggling of red sandalwood in the hills of Andhra Pradesh and the lives of those interwoven with the illegal trade. Starring Malayalam superstar Fahadh Faasil as the antagonist and Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady, the Sukumar directorial has Kannada actor Dhananjay, Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, Harish Uthaman,
 Vennela Kishore and Anish Kuruvilla essaying crucial roles. The dialouge "THAGGEDHE LE!" 
made a huge hype to all.
